Welcome to my new and improved website! With the summer months now upon us, there has been a lot going on in Ellicottville and the world of real estate. My hope is to keep you up-to-date with all the happenings through this blog and my new site.

There’s a lot of new features on this site, such as the listings map and improved listings directory. I’ve also started a number of other websites specific to the different Ellicottville area properties that I have for sale. You can check them all out here. They’re a great tool for narrowing down your home or vacation property search, especially if you already have your heart set on a particular type of home, such as a chalet, townhouse or condominium. And for all you sellers out there, they provide unmatched visibility and exposure of the properties you have for sale.

WELCOME MELANIE

Another big change is that I have been joined by my daughter, Melanie Pritchard. You might already recognize the name. She’s worked at Channel 7 in Buffalo and was most recently the nightly news anchor. She is going to be a tremendous asset and looks forward to assisting buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals.
