Below is a brief outline of the most common closing costs that a seller may encounter. This is for estimate purposes only and there may be different or additional charges necessary.

Closing Requirements: Septic & Well Testing completed by the Health Dept. (if applicable)

Note: Home must be occupied for 30 days prior and 7 days after for testing.

Safety Requirements: Smoke Alarm must be present in home. Carbon Monoxide Alarm must be present in home
